Purchase delivery to Germany was to be 7 days but it took 6 weeks
After a long delay of 6 weeks of unanswered emails / Facebook messages, it finally took a phone call to AJ from a friend in the U.K to get my order shipped ....and for my cushion covers to finally arrive a week later.
To be fair I have ordered a few times from AJ and have never had this problem before...but this time it was frustratingly disappointing, especially when ordering online to not to receive a reply to emails / messages....you literally feel as though you are in limbo land!
Unfortunately after such a long wait, annoyingly one of the cushions was a different size to the other....quite a bit smaller...which means the dimensions of the pattern are also 'off'.....and the cushion insert is too tight.
I did purchase the cushions 'on sale' but I was never made aware that they may be 'defective' or 'sample' products.
Unfortunately, overall the whole transaction from beginning to end was disappointing and i as much as i like AJ's products, the truth is, i would be hesitant to make another order with AJ
I always prefer to support smaller creative companies like Anna Jacobs but i would also would prefer it when they have a more professional approach to their business.

It has been 4 weeks since i made my order and it still hasn't been delivered. It has been even more frustrating as i have sent 2 emails and have also left a message on the Anna Jacobs Facebook page...without the courtesy of a reply, to at the least give me an update on whats happening.
Disappointed
I was fortunate to have spotted this lampshade in the sale and when there were only two left! Postage was extremely fast and it arrived carefully packaged. The colours and quality of the print and fabric make this a really beautiful shade both lit and unlit and it is a lovely feature in my room.
I am a huge Anna Jacobs fan after meeting her many years ago at her pop up in Heals and was totally thrilled fo find this perfect lamp whilst re-decorating my sons room! It matches my daughters room perfectly - her Anna Jacob lamp, cushions and Chinese tree wallpaper so now I have a two beautiful bedrooms dedicated to the wonderfully talented Anna! I have added a Philips Hue bulb and can dim it - it is truly gorgeous and arrived super well packaged! Thank you! x
I originally bought one set of the Chinese Tree bed linen as I wasn't sure if it was right for me - or my room. I have now just bought a second set as I LOVE it! It is very soft and comfortable but also looks so beautiful and so much more welcoming than the plain white I was using before. Couldn't recommend more....
