This beautiful magical mug is a visual metaphor for waking refreshed from a deep peaceful sleep, flying with freedom, grace and strength during the day and then gently coming back to rest in the evening.
The mug has a black matte finish when it's empty. But when it comes into contact with a hot beverage, the mug reveals flying black swans emerging from the darkness. As the mug cools, the swans gradually fade back into the black.

This is an upmarket version of the colour change mug. The picture is beautiful and the the mug is pleasant to drink from. It made a good 'extra' present to go with the Anna Jacobs lampshade I bought.

A treasure comes to light...
Beautiful mug... You can just catch glimpses of the birds taking flight beneath the black... Put in a hot beverage and they gradually emerge in their full glory... before fading from view once more as the cup cools. Lovely quality product.
